We stand behind what we publish. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. We’ll send return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Allow an additional 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error — in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Digital Products

All digital purchases — ebooks, audiobooks, downloads — are final once accessed. If you’re experiencing a technical issue, contact us and we’ll resolve it.
